This license agreement (the “Agreement”) is a legal agreement between The Wright Web Designs Inc (“Licensor”) and you (“Licensee”). By purchasing or using the plugin developed by Licensor (“Plugin”), you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. Grant of License Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Plugin on a single website.
2. Limitations Licensee may not use the Plugin on more than one website without obtaining additional licenses from Licensor.
3. Restrictions Licensee may not modify or create derivative works based on the Plugin without the prior written consent of Licensor. Licensee may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Plugin, except to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law. Licensee may not sell, distribute, or sublicense the Plugin or any modifications or derivative works based on the Plugin without the prior written consent of Licensor.
4. Ownership and Copyright Licensor retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Plugin, including all intellectual property rights. Licensee acknowledges that the Plugin is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
5. Support Licensor will provide limited support for the Plugin via email at [email protected]. Support will not be a priority and may be limited to addressing bugs and errors in the Plugin.
6. Termination This Agreement will terminate automatically if Licensee breaches any of its terms and conditions. Upon termination, Licensee must immediately cease all use of the Plugin and destroy all copies of the Plugin in its possession.
7. No Warranty THE PLUGIN IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. LICENSOR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLUGIN WILL MEET LICENSEE’S REQUIREMENTS OR THAT THE OPERATION OF THE PLUGIN WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
8. Limitation of Liability LICENSOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT OR THE USE OF THE PLUGIN, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS, OR OTHER SIMILAR DAMAGES.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Licensor is located, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be brought in the courts of such jurisdiction.
10. Entire Agreement This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

By purchasing or using the Plugin, Licensee acknowledges that it has read this Agreement, understands it, and agrees to be bound by its terms and conditions.
